- Auto FLight Xhk: Each item is made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production and processing before shipment.
- Curated Favorites Items: Shipping times and processing vary by brand. Most items ship within 2-5 business days, but some may take longer.
Shipping Times & Costs
- U.S Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing, depending upon our location.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days after processing (if available)
- Free Shipping on Orders over $75 (applies to U.S. orders only)
- International Orders
- Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Separate Shipments
If your order includes items from multiple brands, they will arrive separately. Each brand ships directly from their facility, and you will receive separate tracking numbers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Order Changes
We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed. Please make sure you have entered your correct information. We will not cancel an order once it has entered processing, you will need to file a package intercept with the courier.
Please note that an order cannot be modified or canceled once placed. All coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Limited time offers can only be used on orders placed within the offer’s specified time period.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by the carrier. Please ensure you have a safe, secure space for your deliveries to be dropped off. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance, reach out to our support team at [email protected].
We can’t make guarantees regarding delivery dates, but we try to give accurate estimates when you order, although some orders may take longer. We will not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by couriers. Nov 17 – Dec 25 shipping may take much longer due to processing or postal delays.
Returned to Sender Packages
In the event that your package is marked return to sender and returned back to us, we provide the option for you to purchase a new shipping label to have the package reshipped to a valid/deliverable address.
